Through the years we have been able to save our clients millions and millions of dollars, through our common sense approach to treating mine water. We believe the simplest approach is always the best due to low maintenance and low cost.
Our facilities actively treat coal mine water using high calcium lime sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide. We have designed and built passive treatment systems for lower flow facilities as well as sludge pumping systems and pump flotation devices. We also offer water sampling services with certified laboratory testing to fulfill all of our clients NPDES needs.
Our staff has all of the current MSHA and OSHA training and is qualified to work in all 50 states. Our qualified electricians are ready to handle all of the civil, mechanical, and mining needs.
We are currently treating approximately 55 million gallons of water per day.
AMD Industries is also pleased to announce the addition of a distinguished new hire to its consulting team—Brent Means, formerly of the Office of Surface Mining (OSM).
