AMD Industries Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of Richard Beam, P.G. to our professional staff. With over 40 years of experience in geology, environmental protection, and abandoned mine reclamation, Richard brings extensive knowledge and expertise in acid mine drainage (AMD) treatment and environmental restoration.
Throughout his career, Richard has held leadership and technical positions with the U.S. Department of the Interior, Pennsylvania DEP, and Tetra Tech, specializing in mine water treatment, project management, and environmental compliance.
A licensed Professional Geologist, Richard has contributed to numerous technical publications, industry presentations, and innovative AMD treatment solutions. His accomplishments include multiple state and national awards recognizing his outstanding contributions to mine reclamation and environmental protection.
